SEC Online is an enquiry logging system accessible through MySIS that is designed to allow students direct contact to the Academic Registry through the Student Enquiry Centre Team.
The system allows current students to log and subsequently keep track of the progress of all enquiries that are logged with us, so you are always able to check at which stage your enquiry is at. You are also able to update the information provided and attach documents if required. If we cannot help at the first point of contact, we will be able to refer you on to the department that will have the knowledge and expertise to advise you best.
The SEC Online system also has a database of Frequently Asked Questions that you are able to look through as you log your enquiry- you may be able to find your answer here.
