Documents and Letters
If you are a current student and need to prove that you are enrolled at Queen Mary University of London or require a letter to open a bank account or for council tax exemption purposes, all you need to do is access your Student Status Letter from the Gradintelligence account that we created for you upon your full enrolment.
This is the official letter that we provide to our students and allows you to self-serve your document by printing it out, downloading it as a PDF or sharing it electronically via the secure and verified Gradintelligence platform.
For full information on the Student Status Letter and instructions on how to access your letter and ensure that the details are correct, please use the links below.
NOTICE FOR NEW STUDENTS: Please note that completion of the online enrolment task does not mean you are fully enrolled. QMUL are required to check the details and documents you submit during the online enrolment task before you are fully enrolled. Once your enrolment is finalised you will get an email with the subject line 'Enrolment at QMUL' and the first line of the email is 'Congratulations on completing the enrolment process. You are now fully enrolled'.
If you have not found the answers to your questions via the above links and would like to speak to a member of staff about your Student Status Letter or how to access it, please contact us at:
