Who we are

Registry Services host a variety of teams, each playing a vital role during your time at Queen Mary. This includes supporting you with student enquiries via our Frontline Enquiry Response Team, maintaining your student record, collecting immigration data to be reported, and providing you with your documentation for enrolment and graduation.

Below, you can navigate to the area of information most suited to your needs, as well as find out how to get in touch with us.

Contact information

There are many teams that come under Registry Services, each responsible for different processes. The tabs below lay out the contactable teams within Registry Services for you, with an overview of what they are responsible for and how to get in touch with them. If you cannot find the team you are looking for, they may not be student facing, in which case you may contact your relevant frontline service for your level of study who may be able to advise on the appropriate next steps. The

Student Enquiry Centre may act as the front face of certain Registry Services, in which case you are welcome to speak to us at your convenience so we can advise on next steps where possible.

Please be aware that Registry Services is only able to assist current students and graduates, and as such, the following page will not detail contacts for Admissions or Alumni teams respectively. Associate students should contact the relevant team within Global Opportunities in the first instance.

AskQM is launching Monday 7th April 2025!

AskQM is our new way of managing student enquiries. On AskQM you will be able to use the self-service tool and find answers to your questions quickly and easily, 24/7.

In addition to the digital service, we will have a Frontline Enquiry Response team in several AskQM hubs across campuses who you can visit in-person.

We will be launching the service with an AskQM Hub on the ground floor of iQ East Court, situated where the current Student Enquiry Centre is located. The Student Enquiry Centre will remain open and available for you to visit in-person until 16:00 on Friday 4th April. From Monday 7th April, we'll still be here and open Monday-Friday 10:00-16:00, but we'll be known as the AskQM Frontline Enquiry Response Team.
