Profile

Martin is the Points Based Immigration Compliance Officer in the Academic Registry. Before that, he was the International Student Welfare Adviser in the Advice and Counselling Service.

Throughout Martin's career, he has brought people together across institutions. As a Welfare Advisor, he was Chair of the Southeast and London region of the Association of International Student Advisors and is now part of the executive committee for the Immigration Compliance Network (the professional body for those responsible for staff and student immigration compliance activities in education institutions).

Outside of work, Martin sings with the London Gay Men's Chorus, practices jujitsu with Ishigaki Jujitsu and is a beekeeper at Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park.
